Martina Rienzner

Experience/Connection to AOF: Martina came from Germany as a skilled migrant in 1990 and established a successful cabinetmaking business in Sydney. Martina has built on her business career to become a respected government advisor and committee member. She brings a passion for vocational training and an entrepreneurial skillset to the AOF board.

Positions held: Founder and Director of Rienzner Workshops, producing custom-made furniture and detailed joinery. Martina’s approach to engagement and workforce development has led to multiple business awards and induction into the Businesswomen’s Hall of Fame. Since then, Martina has worked as a Senior Advisor and engagement expert for the NSW and Victorian government.
