- 2000-2005 – Management roles within Organising Committees responsible for delivering major events including 2000 Sydney Summer Olympics, 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics, 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games and 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games
- 2006-2016 – CEO of WorldSkills Australia
- 2016-present – Management Consultant
